What is TKO Care?

TKO Care is a managed membership for your home or business technology, designed to give you complete peace of mind.

Instead of wondering who to call, what is wrong, or whether your system is being properly maintained, you have one team that knows your setup and keeps it handled over time.

We help manage, maintain, update, and support the connected technology behind your property, including the network, Wi-Fi, cameras, control systems, AV, and other connected systems we actively manage.

The goal is simple: your technology works the way it should, and you have someone trusted to call when it does not.

Why do I need TKO Care?

Modern homes and businesses rely on a lot of connected technology, and everything depends on the network.

When something stops working, the issue could be the internet, Wi-Fi, cameras, control system, app, device, wiring, or another connected piece of the system. TKO Care gives you one team that understands how it all works together and keeps it handled over time.

Instead of wondering who to call or what went wrong, you have a clear support path and a team already familiar with your system.

That is the value of TKO Care: peace of mind, faster answers, and technology that is actively managed instead of only looked at when something breaks.

What’s the difference between TKO Care and TKO Care 24/7?

Both memberships are built around the same promise: your system, handled.

The difference is availability.

TKO Care gives you managed care and remote support during business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm PT.

TKO Care 24/7 gives you managed care with remote support anytime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. It also includes first-priority response and proactive monitoring.

So the choice is simple: business-hours care or anytime care.

How do I contact TKO for support?

Once your TKO Care membership is active, we will provide a dedicated support phone number and email address for your property.

That way, when something needs attention, you have one clear place to reach us. We can review the request, check the system when remote access is available, and help guide the next step.

For urgent security or life-safety emergencies, emergency services should always be contacted first.

What is included in remote support?

Remote support is how we handle many issues without needing to send someone on-site.

Depending on the system, this may include troubleshooting, system checks, network review, device reboots, system updates, camera and app support, control-system checks, and guidance when something is not working properly.

Many issues can be handled remotely. When something requires an on-site visit, replacement equipment, internet-provider support, power restoration, wiring work, or additional service, we help identify the next step so you are not left figuring it out alone.

How does on-site support work with TKO Care?

TKO Care members receive preferred on-site support rates during business hours:

$200 first hour / $175 each additional hour
1 hour minimum
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm PT

Your membership keeps your system managed and gives you access to remote support. When an on-site visit is needed, it is scheduled separately at the preferred member rate.

Non-members are billed at standard on-site support rates.

What does 24/7 support mean?

TKO Care 24/7 gives you peace of mind outside normal business hours.

If something comes up at night, on a weekend, or during a holiday, you have a support path instead of waiting until the next business day to start the conversation.

We can review the issue, check the system remotely when available, and help guide the next step. If the issue requires physical access, wiring, replacement parts, internet-provider work, or an in-person visit, we help triage it and schedule the appropriate follow-up.

What systems can TKO manage?

TKO Care is designed for the connected systems that keep your property running smoothly.

This may include networks, Wi-Fi, security cameras, Deep Sentinel systems, control systems, AV systems, and related connected technology.

Coverage depends on the system, equipment, access, documentation, and whether TKO has enough visibility to properly manage it. The more complete the system is under our care, the better we can keep everything handled.

Can TKO Care cover a system TKO did not install?

Often, yes — we just need to understand what we are taking responsibility for.

For networks, Wi-Fi, cameras, control systems, and AV systems, we may need to review the system first so we can properly manage it. If the system is undocumented, unstable, incomplete, or was installed by another company, onboarding or cleanup work may be needed before membership coverage begins.

That allows us to support the system with confidence instead of guessing.

Peace of mind, fully handled
