All services are provided based on agreed‑upon proposals, scopes of work, or written communication.
Payments
Payment terms are provided at the time services are offered. Payments may be processed through third‑party payment providers, including Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payment is due prior to or upon completion of services
- Fees are non‑refundable once services have been performed
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
If a service appointment must be canceled or rescheduled, reasonable notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKO Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
